The Art of APOLOGY

Apology - An acknowledgment expressing regret or asking pardon for a fault or offense.

If someone feels hurt by us, we need to apologize whether we feel innocent or guilty.

Hurting another person is inevitable. There would be times when we don't intend to hurt someone, but still we

do because of our insensitivity toward our words or actions and through miscommunications or simple

misunderstandings. But whether it's intentional or not, it calls for an apology.

Apology does not work if it is said halfheartedly or insincerely.

AN HONEST APOLOGY COMES FROM THE HEART AND NOT IN THE MIND. APOLOGY IS A SENSE OF FULFILLMENT IN EACH OF EVERYONE OF US.

"APOLOGY IS A SIMPLE YET A HUMBLE ACT THAT WHEN WE FULFILL WE CAN WIN BACK THE TRUE RELATIONSHIP OF ONE ANOTHER"

ALWAYS REMEMBER! HAVE THE COURAGE TO MAKE THE FIRST MOVE AND APOLOGIZE..
